Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of four dancers moving in circle with arms joined around central figure (flutist). Each dancer has wide thick strip of clay applied around front of head as polos, clay overfold from back to front as head, small semi-circular face, broad short neck, flattened chest, upper body tilted backward slightly, flat clay strips pinched together between dancers as arms, cylindrical body tapering towards feet before flaring and attaching to base. Flat circular base with pared smoothed edge. Fingerprints on chest, body and base. Similar to MF-14358, MF-11491, KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4).

Material:   Fine reddish yellow with pinkish gray core with few fine sparkling, rare very large tabular rounded red, few medium to large spherical angular white inclusions and few large spherical angular voids

Condition:   Fragment. Five joining pieces preserving three dancers from head to feet and part of base. Leftmost dancer missing lt arm. Traces of white slip.
