Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of dancers moving in circle with arms joined around central figure (flutist). Dancer has broad short neck curving out into flattened strips of clay as arms pinched together with neighboring arm of dancer, chest flattened and tilted backward slightly, cylindrical body pinched at waist and above feet before flaring and attaching to base with a pared smoothed edge. Fingerprints overall. Similar to MF-14352, MF-14358, and KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4).
Material:   Fine pink clay with frequent fine sparkling and few small tabular angular white inclusions and few medium to large tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining pieces (Arm joined from Lot 864 in 2007) preserving single dancer from neck to feet, rt arm, and very small part of base edge.
