Description: | Terracotta solid handmade group of dancers moving in circle with arms joined around central figure (flutist). Dancer has broad short neck curving out into flattened strips of clay as arms pinched together with neighboring arm of dancer, chest flattened and tilted backward slightly, cylindrical body pinched at waist and above feet before flaring and attaching to base with a pared smoothed edge. Fingerprints overall. Similar to MF-14352, MF-14358, and KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4). | |
