Description:   Mouldmade terracotta figurine of lion with squarish muzzle, deep set but blurred eyes. Unmodelled mane frames head. Shallow depressions for ears. Overall appearance of miniature lion's head spout, according to Corinth 12. At least two different clays used for figurine: outside is fine, relatively few inclusions; filling entire interior has many large, angular, stone-like inclusions.
Material:   Fine pink clay with frequent large squarish inclusions, especially on inside.

Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving head.
