Description:   Hemispherical bowl with fillet at base of vertical (?) rim, thick shank with bulbous rim.For shape see Robinson C81.
Decoration:   Lower part of bowl carved with wide band of four rows of scallops, roulettes between each row of carved scallops and on bottom of bowl, rouletting framing keel; shank banded with double incised lines, seal on lower left bottom of shank, shank rim incised with vertical lines. Lutrous red slip on exterior. Robinson C81 for seal (19th century), carved scallops (19th century).
Material:   Fine reddish brown clay with fine white, micaceous inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 7.5YR 6/4 (clay), 2.5YR 4/8 or slightly redder (slip)
Condition:   Missing parts. nearly complete profile with top of bowl missing, whole shank and whole shank rim, interior of bowl slightly burnt.
