Description:   Straight slender rod, with round in section, spirally twisted shaft, flaring out to flattened end wider in diameter compared to the shaft. Isings, Roman Glass, form 79; see also Hayes, Roman and Pre-Roman Glass in the Royal Ontario Musuem, 1975, p. 158, no. 656a, fig. 21. Similar to MF 392 (Corinth XII, p. 196, no. 1502, pl. 89).
Material:   Clear colorless glass
