Description:   Figurine of draped standing Artemis, weight on left leg, wears knee-long chiton, lower knee and upper shin exposed, boots. Behind leg, to the right facing left are tail and right hind leg of a hunting dog. Figurine is hollow and mold-made. Similar to MF 2742 (joining to MF 2468).
Decoration:   White slip overall Artemis and dog.

Material:   Fine very pale brown clay fired reddish yellow at core, rare medium rounded white lime, platy angular dark brown inclusions and rare medium rounded voids.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10YR 8/4 (very pale brown), Core: 5YR 6/8 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment broken on all sides, preserving mid-thigh to ankle of left leg including drapery, hindquarters of dog in background, white slip heavily worn.
