Description:   Irregularly round disk of shell, possibly mother of pearl, of uneven thickness, tiny hole (Diam. less than 0.001) drilled through longitudinaly, possibly for use as bead.
Decoration:   Front and back polished, incised design of starburst/cross on front side, similar to designs on bone buttons, cf. bone counter MF-540 (Davidson 1952, Corinth 12, cat. 1694).
Material:   Mother of Pearl? Shell.
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact. Possibly chipped on back.
