Description:   White marble table leg consisting of tall rectangular plinth and lion foot with four toes, flesh above nails V-shaped. Grooves on two sides and bottom for iron spikes, each bending in or up towards center at right angle. Similar to A-1970-75 (Bookidis and Stroud 1997, Corinth 18.3, cat. 46), A-1970-78 (Bookidis and Stroud 1997, Corinth 18.3, cat. 44), and A-1970-79 (Bookidis and Stroud 1997, Corinth 18.3, cat. 45).
Decoration:   At front, four lion toes; flesh above nails makes a deep V.
Material:   Marble and iron
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of plinth, claws. Traces of iron spikes in grooves on sides, bottom; small part of iron spike preserved. Face of plinth not well preserved; two outer claws less well preserved than interior two.
