Description:   Strigil with flat strap-handle, bent back in a loop, tapering in width from blade end toward tip, bending again in at right angles toward blade, ending in a leaf that is soldered to back of blade. Blade makes a deep scoop, with round section, that tapers both in width and depth from top to bottom, and makes a rounded right-angled outline.
Writing:   stamp. Illegible small rectangular stamp on back face of handle; unclear whether letters or image.
Material:   Bronze
Condition:   Complete or intact. Several joining frgts., complete except for two small parts of blade where RIP. Corroded.
