Description:   Statuette, somewhat under half life-size, standing with lower rt. leg bare; slight swell of calf muscle. Figure partly draped, with mass of drapery hanging in flat folds between legs; break along its proper left edge of the surface may indicate the attachment to the missing left leg. More drapery apparently hung down the outside of the leg, based on break 00.02 m. thick, that runs down leg from about knee height to ca. 00.013 m. above lower break. In back drapery arranged in one large fold, triangular in section, then curves toward front. two long shallow grooves, made with flat, articulate leg from drapery. Surface of leg carefully smoothed but not polished; flat chisel on drapery, and possible rasp.
Material:   Fine-crystal white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving lower right leg from base of knee to just above ankle; wedge of drapery to proper lt., break along outside of leg.
