Description:   Draped archaistic female statuette. Right arm missing below elbow; dowel hole preserved. Left arm preserved to length of short sleeve, with iron dowel still in hole for arm. She wears a full-length chiton with short sleeves; heavy center fold between legs. Himation falls from right shoulder across back and forms inverted V in front over chiton. Swallowtail folds in front and back. Himation has wide band with diagonal grooves along upper edge. One lock of hair preserved on left shoulder; one piece representing several waves of hair falls onto back.
Decoration:   traces of coloring - red?
Material:   white marble
Condition:   Missing parts. Head, feet and parts of arms missing. Chipped and worn.
Dimensions Preserved:   max height 0.37m, max width 0.145m, max thickness 0.105m
Period:   Archaic (7th-6th c.)
Findspot Description:   outside excavations
