Description:   Side of sarcophagus, crowned by a flattened, uncarved ovolo, H. 0.055, cyma reversa H. 0.042, fascia H. 0.035. Top surface level and roughly picked for 0.116 m., then low projecting lip H. 0.015, Th. 0.035 m. Carved on face: large calyx-krater possibly rising from an acanthus leaf to left of bowl; two antithetic animals - eating large bunch of grapes. Behind back of left animal grape vine with bunch of grapes. Back roughly picked.
Material:   Fine-crystalled white marble, now weathered gray.
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment preserving front, back faces, top; broken below, left and right.
