Description:   Figure stands with weight on rt. leg, foot apprently directed forward. Front part of foot worked separatly, joined by iron pin, still in place. Drapery clings to leg with a single mass of folds falling down front axis of leg, other folds curving in over ankle. To rpoer lt. of foot 2 heavy, squarish columns of folds fall to plinth; each mass articulated by deep drill channels, hem undercut from plinth. Individual folds also separated by drill. Rasping on surface. On proper rt. back of leg drapery summarily worked as shallow tubular folds. Bottom of plinth roughly picked.
Material:   Fine white marble, laminating fracture.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., lower rt. leg and foot ca. instep; drapery, plinth. Statue finished to rt., broken remaining sides, plinth broken all around. Back completely worn. Badly weathered, surface laminating.
