Description:   Figure stands with weight on rt. leg, left bent and pushed forward. Wears peplos with long, ungirded overfold, with cross-band or baldric crossing chest from rt. shoulder to below lt. breast. Peplos arranged over chest rather like a chiton with finer folds covering breasts and area just bneath. Below, series of concentric arcs descend front of torso to thighs with vertical folds hanging down either side. Below overfold have groups of vertical folds arranged in clumps to frame legs. Back more summarily worked: concentric catenaries descend from shoulders to hem of overfold, vertical folds below, these broad and flatly carved. Crudely worked, traces of narrow drill channels in front folds.

Material:   Very fine-crystaled white marble.
Condition:   Missing parts. Single frgt., shoulders to ankles (?), missing head, both arms, feet; surface abraded, especially on breasts.
