Description:   Cup with tall hollow stem, flaring out to wide, flat foot with slight lip at outer edge; broad flat resting surface. Convex body rising in continuous curve to very slightly inset straight flaring rim. Two horizontal canted loop handles set on shoulder.
Decoration:   At handles, palmettes with large red hearts, alternate petals red; between inscriptions: Side A: ΝΕΑΝΔΡΟΣ-ΜΕΠΟΙΕΣΕΝ ; Side B: ΝΕΑΔΡΟΣΜΕΠΟΙΕΣΕΝ. Lower body black glazed with reserved band, stem and foot glazed, reserved area with black circles.
Material:   Fine pinkish-buff Attic clay.
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact.

Period:   Archaic (7th-6th c.)
Chronology:   Date (grave): mid 6th or shortly thereafter.
