Description:   Globular aryballos with round bottom, globular body, narrow cylindrical neck, broad horizontal outturned rim, thickened at outer edge, top surface slightly downward sloping toward mouth. Vertical strap handle attached to top of shoulder and rim.
Decoration:   Decoration in brown glaze: bottom: 1 thick and 2 thinner concentric circles; body: 4 warriors directed rt., each holding shield spear behind head; shield decorated with ring of white dots, purple centers; incised details of head, round eye; 2 rings and painted tongues on shoulder; band on exterior of rim; 2 on top of rim; 3 bands on handle back, stripe down either side.
Material:   Fine pale brown clay.
Munsell Color:   Pinker than 10YR 7/5
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact; top of rim abraded.
