Description:   Figurine of seated female, Matrona type, from two-piece mould. Wide oval face, heavy head of hair with diadem. Hair behind diadem rises in rectangle with 3 forward projections. Behind, hair falls in braids worked in herring bone pattern. Shoulders almost no wider than head with no articulation of arms. Rectangle with double frame respresenting writing tablet held in front of chest. On back of body below hair traces of at least 6 horizontal plastic ribs of drapery. Mould seam forms flat pruned band ca. 0.01 m. wide, cut by knife.
Decoration:   Face: orange red paint; white slip on body. Necklace incised in mould. In all cases mould incisions still sharp.
