Description:   Handmade plaque with eye attached to it. Eye is enclosed by raised area incised to indicate lashes all around. Incised line curving below eye on plaque.
Decoration:   White slip.
Material:   Fine pink clay, with frequent, large, rounded to subrounded, tabular, black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   5YR 7/4 to 7.5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment preserving upper right hand corner of plaque, eye complete on plaque, patches of white slip remaining.
