Description:   Portion of right side of face and hair, hollow, with interior smooth and finished. Hair apparently added as separate clay coils, formed into a series of raise, wavy tresses, worked so that the surface undulates in sharp edged grooves but is all one piece. Behind these tresses, a smooth band, possibly a taenia.
Decoration:   White slip, pink or nude paint on face; on hair, red paint only; on taenia, white or pink paint.
Material:   Fine light gray clay.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/2 (light grey)
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment, broken all around and across top and bottom of hair, and preserving a small sliver of face and of smooth clay surface behind the front hair tresses. Clay surface very well preserved, with slip and paint almost entirely present.
