Description:   Large stirrup jar with flat bottom, ovoid body with max. diam. at ca. H00.31, steep shoulder, narrow conical neck surrounded by narrow fascia at base, large flat stopper, two vertial strap handles attached to mid shoulder, stopper, Large spout rising vertically from middle of one side of shoulder, torus rim. Two holes at base of one handle, 3 at base and tops of both.
Decoration:   Possible ghost of glaze band at bottom of body, 3 black bands at max. diam., 3 on shoulder, two 3-petaled flowers, upside down, on side A, two half-flowers flanking spout, circle at bottom,top of spout, spiral on stopper, horizontalbars on handle backs.
Material:   Very coarse clay fired tan to greenish-buff with abundant fine to coarse black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 7/4 to 10YR 7/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Many joining frgts., complete except for ca. 1/2 bottom, 1/3 lower body, small holes in rest of body; neck, stopper, handles, spout intact.Glaze partly worn away.
