Description:   Class B I (Glazed, partially coated ware) according to Blegen (Zygouries); Jug with flattened bottom, single round handle and a sturdy neck with a broad shallow spout. The jugs have an almost spherical body and the shape is not ungraceful, though the flat bottom is sometimes carelessly made and causes the pot ot lean (Blegen, Zygouries, pg 84)
Decoration:   The upper half of the body is covered by a wash of glaze, a band of which also runs around the iside of the mouth. (Blegen, Zygouries, pg 84)
Material:   Grayish buff clay
