[Corinth Object] Z 918: RIM OF MIDDLE HELLADIC/LATE HELLADIC I BASIN/KRATER

Long Rim of a basin or krater. Pale borwn slip. Bichrome decoration red black non burnished. Black band under rim, rimissolidly painted inred, groov below rim paintedred. Reddish-Brown pin point shiny ... Parallels from Rutter 1993 but also Davis 1979. This is likely late MH but Matt Painted kraters continue into LH I.

[Corinth Object] Z 919: LATE HELLADIC I CLOSED SHAPE

A body sherd from a closed shape Slipped andburnished. Red band bordered by tw2o very narrow black bands. Fine reddish fabric with rare tiny white inclusions. Fragment. 1 body sherd wheelmade ... Davis 1979. These Polychrome vesses are LH I.

[Corinth Object] Z 920: LATE HELLADIC I BODY SHERD

A body sherd. Nothing morecan be said about shape, other than the loops could suggest a cup. No real curvature prserved though. Mainland polychrome style. Highly burnished Red surface, with pendant loops ... Originally dated MH in Zygouries, as Davis, 1979, points out the Mainland polychrome style is in fact almost diagnostic of LH I. Cf. Rutter 1989
