Stratum: | Removal of Wall #3
Notes: | April 19 (p. 20-21) I also removed Wall #3 which was discovered on April 17 in fill #1 of that day at ΠΗ-ΠΓ/101-102, running ENE-WSW with an upper level +86.424 and a lower level +85.744. Thickness varies from .50 to .65 m. The wall is straight and of the same construction as Wall #1, with its south face very irregular. The north face of this wall is shown in photograph 3 (Neg. 61-5-4; Ph. Vol. 18, p. 26). Basket #2 was used for finds from within Wall #3. [Finds stamp.] A coin was found in this fill at ΠΔ/98.
