Reddish brown silty clay with 10-15% cobbles, angular and subrounded and rare boulders. | | Notes: | | B107 is the continuation of the fill of Well 2002-2. This basket was begun after an arbitrary change of basket, but there was a slight soil change as well. There is now a predominance of silt in the clay rather than sand. The soil is still reddish brown, but is now a silty clay with 10-15% cobbles that are angular and subrounded and with rare boulders. We are dry sieving 70% and wet sieving 30% of the soil. As this basket is excavated, the well seems to be taking on a bi-lobed shape rather than a round shape. Three baskets of rooftiles from this basket were kept. As this basket was excavated, the amount of sand increased again.
