| Notes: | B54 is the cleaning of the top of the wall 278. This wall is constructed w/ worked limestone blocks in the lower course and limestone cobbles on top. As this wall lies at a higher elevation than our trench, in the future we may remove part of wall 278 in order to continue our excavation. Therefore a permanent record was made. In the process of this cleaning, 3 blocks were knocked off of the southern end of the wall. The wall is now about 15 cm less in length than before the cleaning. | |
