Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the SE. Bottom slope of the context is slight down to the SEThe soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is very poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   After finishing B130 we decided to remove the last new context (B131) uncovered in the SW corner of the excavation area when B65 was removed.
We began B131 by having Cleomenes dig slowly and shallowly directly north of B130=B115 so that he could find the cut of the robbing trench we suspected might be there. On his first pass he found no robbing trench, but after sweeping and using the small pick he was able to define the cut.
Both Cleomenes and Billy are the pickmen for B131.
17/05/07- We completed the excavation of B131. This context's removal brought to light another block with a pivot hole directly north of the block with pivot hole that the removal of B115 uncovered. Also the "possible wall" noted on the Bottom plan of B65 is now a definite wall because B131's excavation uncovered more of the wall's stones and overall extent as well as a robbing trench immediately to the west of the wall.
