Description:   Top slope of the context is uneven. Bottom slope of the context is uneven. The soil color is reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Having established (B 5044) that Bothros 7 cuts the so-called "NNW pit", we are excavating the fill of Bothros 7. We are doing it in two sections, as we did in B 5028 and B 5029. This is the SE section. The NW section with the greater amount of inclusions (tiles, stones) will be in a different basket. This basket, however, does have broken tiles and some stones.
We have reached red soil which marks the bottom of the pit, and we are stopping excavation in this area.
