The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt. | | Notes: | | B5084 is a cleaning basket. A light pass is made with the small pick. The W third of the room is only brushed since it contains a number of tile fragments all lying flat. Furthermore it is still very wet from the rain. In the top plan the numbers of the walls are taken from NB228. A complete oil lamp was discovered (E274.16 N1021.27 H85.68). After one pass a number of different soil changes are noted. Some scraping near the area where the tile fragment layer is, showed that the tile layer is lying on top of the bottom layer of B5084.
