Description:   The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt. Structure materials: limestone. Material size: L 0.18 w. 0.16 H 0.14. Material finish: unworked. Material construction: none. Material bonding: none.
Notes:   There was a question as to the relationship of this row of stones running at a 15 degree angle E to the N-S wall right at where a lintel block had possibly been robbed out. The irregular angle suggests that it was not well-constructed and possibly a later addition to the entry-way: either a door stop or a stepping stone up to a high lintel or low floor. The angle also seems to account for the fact there is an extra stone at the north, connecting the line of these stones back up with the wall there, as they are at the S.
