| Description: | Top slope of the context is uneven. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey silt. | |
| Notes: | We are excavating this context to figure out the larger questions of whether this is an interior or exterior space and more specific questions such as the relationship of this area to the south and the one to the north of our E-W partition wall. In the north there was fill 5317 and 5319 at about the same level both under a clayey subfloor. This soil was compacted. Once again, 5322 appears to be leveling fill. The roof tile fragments collected: 18.5kg=81n Boundaries: 5322 ends in a layer with many less roof tiles and there are visible pebbles on top (this layer is 5325). | |
