Notes: | Coin: 2009-31 E 269.18 N 1038.53 H 84.43 Context 6015 appears to be a small leveling fill in the NE corner of room north of courtyard of Byzantine house. This context was distinguished by an ash/charcoal accumulation, which was sampled for flotation (15 l.) The remainder of the context was dry sieved, since a coin (2009-31) was recovered during the sampling process. This context abuts the foundation trench (5993) in the east and wall (5562) in the north. Removal of this context still has not revealed foundation trench for north wall (5562). A lot of this context was intended to clarify the extent of cut (6014) and define extent of well-defined floor in NW corner. In the north was revealed a circular pit. | |
