Stratum:   40-50% inclusions of stone - subrounded, rounded and tabular (largest of 20-25 cm), pottery and tile.
Description:   The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey silt.
Notes:   6837 was opened when pickman Thanasis noticed that fill extended under the northern side of wall 6526 and appeared to support stones that visibly differed from others in the wall (smaller, more like rubble). These stones were removed from the wall along with the fill, and the context was closed once all of the fill was removed and lower blocks of the wall discovered.
