Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the E. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   this layer of soil is probably part of the same dumping action represented by the rocky fill above it (562), but we decided to change contexts because this layer lacks the cobbles that were numerous in 562. it is resting on a surface that was at the bottom of the bothros 548.
