Notes:   A difference in soil compaction, as well as the lateral fracture of the upper layer from the lower layer are the primary indicators of a new context level. The boundaries of deposit 2000 are:j on the north it is cut by the foudnation trench 1084, on the south it continues under the stone pavement of the courtyard, therefore we had to section it. Boundaries in the east and west are artificial since we sectioned the deposit. On the west side, 2000 appears to continue towards the east. It is a very compact deposit, and the inclusions are well sorted and very few in quanitity. No pottery has been found in this deposit. It is interpreted to be a clay floor.
