Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the S. The soil color is dark greyish brown. The soil compaction is weakly cemented. The soil is moderately sorted. It is clayey sand.

This context was dug over two fays (7/5 & 8/5). It was a large irregularly shaped dump of fill over a pebbly surface that is in the N. and S. of the room. The fill may be a leveling fill when the purpose of the space changed. Context 696 is cut by the big pit from the 1990s.
