Stratum:   Soil included fine and medium pebbles, pottery.
Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is moderately sorted. It is silty clay.
Notes:   It was first that that this context ws the excavation of the foundation trench for structure 23. However, excavation reveaed that it was a later deposit against the pier. It may have been fill for a floor. The excavation revealed the further extent of the grave cut for Grave 2016-06.
Coin 137 was found at N 1073.57, E 124.1, H 85.27.
