Description: | A stele of poros limestone, rectangular in plan, tapering in width and thickness toward the top, A tenon at base, projecting down 0.095 is the full thinkness of the stele but only 0.35 wide. All faces are stuccoed (except tenon). Irregularities in the surface of the poros shaft have been filled out in a yellowish pebble cement which has been covered by the fine white stucco. At back the stucco curves out just a bit above the tenon, also on front. It is likely that the stela was stuccoed after being set into its base. Note: 503A and B may belong to the upper part of this stele. No inscription nor any visible trace of paint on the stele. | |

Condition: | Missing parts. Broken away irregularly at top; deep gouge on front face; many damaged surface areas. A small joining fragment of front left edge near the top is stored with the pottery. | |
