Description:   Bowl fragment preserves vertical body and squared rim. Interior curves outward slightly.
Possibly from mould MF 13336 (Spitzer 1942, p. 190).
Decoration:   Light brownish-red slip. Moulding beneath rim consists of two thin raised horizontal bands. One scene preserved: on left, shepherd wearing draped garment, petasos, and carrying crook in right hand. To his right, another shepherd wearing sheep-skin garment, extends his right hand toward the figure on the left. After Spitzer's Type III, Fig. 16 l, p.
Material:   fine hard clay with few small inclusions
Munsell Color:   5 YR 6/4 (light reddish brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of rim and body. Slip mostly well-preserved.
