Description:   Kylix with narrow cylindrical stem, nearly horizontal body turning up to rounded lip. One of two horizontal handles (c ) attached to body, swinging up to slightly above lip.
Decoration:   Exterior side A: Maenad in chiton, himation, sakkos leans on left elbow on striped cushion, hold stemless cup in left hand, right arm flexed. Something at lower left edge. Behind, legs of satyr to left, stemmed kantharos in extended right hand. Ground line and reserved band for lower border. Dilute glaze for leg muscles, relief contour her forehead, nose, object in front.
Inside: bald satyr dances right, looks left. Arms to left, right outstretched, left flexed. Tail switches left. Wreathed in red, red strokes in field, probably mock letters. Broken and stopped meander border, reserved band inside lip. No relief contour, dilute glaze for muscles, navel a circle in relief.
Manner of Pistoxenos painter.
