Description:   Krater with body in two degrees: lower convex, upper offset, tall, vertical with slightly concave profile.
Decoration:   Exterior in red-figure technique, interior glazed with reserved band on upper body. Unintelligible border on lower body.
Upper body figured zone: Woman facing front, head profile to left, right arm bent pouring from trefoil oinochoe into phiale held by hand of second figure, to left left arm extended out to left. Hair gathered by fillet in bun, wears chiton, himation decorated with black stripe. Releif contour lines around head, right forearm, part of left. Preliminary sketch lines.
Manner of Niobid painter.
Material:   Fine, well-compacted, hard-fired clay with possible fine white inclusions, breaks rough. Fired pinkish buff.
