Description:   Amphora with flat bottom, ovoid body widening slightly to max. diam. at shoulder, curving in to tall wide cylindrical neck, slightly thickened round lip offset by 2 circumference grooves. Two vertical strap handles attached to max. diam. and mid neck.
Decoration:   Flat bands of wheel-ridging from ca. H00.05 to neck.
Material:   Fine pale reddish-brown clay with scattered white and black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 5YR 5/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Numerous joining frgts., complete except for small holes in body, 1/6 neck, handles. (fell off shelf, redescribed after mending).
