Description:   Small echinus bowl with high vertical ring foot, trimmed back slightly just above resting surface, narrow flat resting surface, flat undersurface. Echinoid body with max. diam. at H00.028, inturned fine lip.
Decoration:   Red brown matt glaze on upper half of body to lip and on all of interior.
Material:   Fine clay fired pinkish tan, with rare fine round buff inclusions or unmixed pale clay.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 6/6 (fresh chip)
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving complete profile; complete foot, 2/3 lower body, ca. 1/2 upper body to lip.
