Description:   Bowl with low vertical ring foot with suspension hole, flat resting and undersurface. Hemispherical body curving up to out turned, slightly down turned rim.
Decoration:   Slip painted. White (unable to Munsell) slip decoration consisting of a large guilloche cross extending from centre to rim. Apex of arms infilled with concentric semi-circles and parallel lines. Concentric loops on rim. Thick glossy, green glaze inside and out appears dark green inside and dark brown on the outside.
Material:   Medium Hard, light reddish brown (Munsell 2.5 YR 7/4,). Fine tan clay (largely covered) with black and white inclusions.Granular, conchoidal, slightly hackly break.
Condition:   Complete profile. Complete profile. 21 joining frgts., half foot, 3/4 body to rim. Completely restored in plaster.
