Writing:   stamp. Partly illegible crude stamp on back near base: CIIH ? or GIH?
Material:   Gritty clay, fired pale brown at surface, dark brown below surface to red at inner surface, with frequent very fine black inclusions, fewer sparkling, coarse angular black, 1-2% white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Dark brown: slightly more yellow than 7.5YR 4/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., half or third of handle and one attachment.
