Description:   Vessel with flaring ring foot (?), with flat undersurface, with central medallion. Similar to C-1936-936.
Decoration:   Speckled green glaze all over exterior. Impressed design on central medallion: floral rosette design with band around it.
Material:   Coarse pink clay with white slip, with rare medium red inclusions with rare small, fine voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 8/2 (pinkish white)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving small part of center medallion, foot. Glaze worn. Small crack central medallion.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
