Description: | Bowl with vertical ring foot, pierced with one hole, flat resting and undersurfaces. Straight flaring body with slight convex profile, at 30 degrees to H00.067, then turning sharply up to vertical rim H00.048, with inward and outward thickened rim, with flat inward and downward sloping lip. | |
Decoration: | Pale slip, poss. over all but undersurface. Painted in green on interior: reserved floor, surrounded by green ring, and band of pendant semi-circles in two, superimposed rows; on most of body, broad band of pendant triangles filled with circle, 2nd triangle; on interior rim, upright cross-hatchedtriangles. Green stripe on rim. Clear glaze in, becoming solid dark green glaze on exterior except for undersurface. | |
