Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, flat resting surface. Shallow body rising with straight flaring profile at 30 degrees then turning up gently with convex curve to oblique tapered lip.
Decoration:   White slip over all, thinly applied to exterior. On interior, two concentric bands of oblique incised strokes between pairs of framing bands, one on floor, one midway. Light yellow glaze on interior and overlapping lip.
Material:   Fine light red clay with moderate admixture of fine white inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   Slightly yellower than 2.5YR 5.5/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Three joining frgts., complete profile except for center of floor; ca. 2/5 whole.
