Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, irregular flattened resting surface, flat undersurface. Body rising at 30 degrees with slight convex profile to horizontal outturned rim, upturned lip; upper surface of rim concave.
Decoration:   White slip on interior and overlapping lip. Traces of light yellow glaze over slip.
Writing:   graffito. Graffito on undersurface: A
Material:   Fine light brown clay with scattered white inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder than 7.5YR 6/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Three joining frgts., complete profile and foot, ca. 3/4 body to rim; rim chipped. Glaze largely gone.
