Description:   Vertical ring base, convex in the middle inside. Flaring convex wall rising to horizontal outturned rim with groove on lip.
Decoration:   Large indistinct relief motive inside with circular hatched border on the base. Glossy, mottled, rich green glaze inside to over lip. Patch of glaze on foot from stacking.
Writing:   graffito. Graffito on undersurface, incomplete: possible delta with vertical stroke beside it, in so far as preserved (illegible).
Material:   Medium hard clay with white and gray inclusion, with white (Munsell 5YR 8/1) core and pink at edges (Munsell 5 YR 8/3)on foot.

Condition:   Complete profile. Three joining frgts. (orig. A, B but join), complete profile including 3/4 of the base, and 1/6 of the body and rim.Partially restored in plaster.
