Description:   Plate with low ring foot, short flaring convex wall curving up to flaring thick infolded rim with rounded lip separated from internal ledge by convex moulding.
Decoration:   Thin red wash incised by abstract linear design on wall inside and wavy line on rim. Thick, glossy yellow glaze inside and out appears dark orange over red slip. Similar to C-1936-614 (Morgan 1942, Corinth 11, cat. 177).
Material:   Medium hard clay with white and red inclusions, fired white (Munsell 10 YR 8/1) at core and pink (Munsell 5 YR 8/3).Smooth to slightly hackly break.

Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving from top of foot including about 1/8 of body.
